Add me to the list of people with image optimization issues.

I just turned quic cloud a day or two ago. Started optimizing images today. Did the first “test” one and it was fine. Tried to do more and it keeps optimizing the same image. It’s done it 9 times now. The message is that I can send a batch of 4 but it’s the same image 4 times and I keep getting the “clean up unfinished” message.

    The report number is: MPKABAGT

    Thanks

    Hi,

you need to wait for the current sent images to be pulled back before send to next batch , if you accumulate too much , it will give you that error message

Ok. But the first batch was one picture and as far as I can tell it was pulled. It’s showing in the media library as optimized so that should mean it’s pulled, right? I waited hours between the requests, so how long should it take to optimize and pull?

    Thanks

    Hi,

usually should be like 5 , 10 minutes or something like that

the first few times you need to do manually , afterwards you should be able to use cron job to auto-send/pull

Ok. But auto cron is on and it never gave me the option to pull the image manually. The button was greyed out. Auto pull cron is on so I shouldn’t have to pull manually, correct?

I just tried to do this again. It’s been well over 12 hours since I last tried. It’s telling me it pushed 4 images to the cloud server and accepted 4. But it’s also telling me it requested 4 images, 2 were optimized and pulled, and I still have to clean up the unfinished data on 4 images. And my quic cloud dashboard is telling me it optimized the same image 4 times again and there’s nothing new in the media library.

make sure your cron is timely triggered

suggest to create a system cron instead of use wp-cron
