Image Order Incorrect

    Our images are in order in the gallery and, per your recommendation here, I added {“template”:{“horizontalOrder”: true}} to custom settings. But the images still aren’t displaying in order on the front end? Is there a new way to fix this issue?

    Just so that we are on the same page, could you kindly explain what sorting order you want the images in your gallery to have before I can advise further. Also, kindly share a page containing the gallery you want that sorting option implemented on. Thanks in advance for the clarification.

    I can’t share the page itself because we can’t publish until the issue is resolved. But here are some screenshots of the gallery, which was uploaded in the order we want it to display, vs how it displays.

    It will be difficult to investigate this without sharing a page. With that said, kindly share the screenshots if possible and we’ll analyze them before we can advise further.
