• I did a search and couldn’t find an answer. Hopefully this isn’t a duplicate.

    I built a site that uses a lightbox gallery that’s built into the Theme (Karma).

    Initially everything was working fine, but now whenever I click on the image thumbnail to load the full size image lightbox I get the error that “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”

    When I type the image path directly into the URL bar in my browser, the image path automatically redirects me to the home page, rather than loading the full size image in the browser.

    I’ve looked all through the setting to see if there’s something that would be causing this, but I can’t seem to find it. Any help would be great!

    I thought maybe it was my Yoast SEO plugin, but when I deactivate that it doesn’t make any difference.

    resolved.. I’m embarrassed to even say what fixed it, but just know it had to do with moving my domain and hard-coding the image paths.

    I simply never updated the image path URL to the new domain and there’s a 301 redirect on the old domain that forwards to the root of the new.

    ::sigh::

    Can you tell me exactly what you did to fix the problem? I’m using a different theme (Goodspace) and am having the same problem.

    thanks,

    Drew
