Image Permissions

Ok so I uploaded some images to the media library and used them in various places throughout the website. Then one of the users (Editor) decided to randomly delete some of the images. Making a mess of the website.

How do I prevent this from happening?

Is there any way to modify an image in the WordPress Media Library that prevents other users from deleting it?
