    That’s really going to depend on how you upload that image to your site. Looking at your link, I see that it is a “square” image as it is displayed on your page:

    The styles would always depend on the theme. Some themes ruin our plugin styles, so some elements may look different.

    Have you tried using another theme, to see if the styles are more accurate to what you are looking for?

    If you tell us some specific element you want to change, we could create a CSS rule to achieve it.

    So try adding an image to your gift card in the format you want to see.

    On the other hand, do you want to reduce the spacing of the form or some other element? Since the title I see it the same.

    Hi there!

    Then you just need to change the image you are using for the product.
    I checked it and the size is 383×342, which is the reason why it looks like it is right now.
    You will need to enter the image with more height to achieve what you want.
