Image quality in Recipe Card is not good, better in Print even than on my blog

I cannot get the image in the recipe card to view at the quality I upload. Are you blowing up the image slightly? This is distorting the quality. I have tried about 10 different saving options in Photoshop, and I cannot get it to work.
