• I’m experiencing a strange visual glitch on my website with the wp_latest_posts plugin. I have the recent posts section on my homepage using the shortcode. The page appears correctly at first and then for a split second the first image blows up big and covers almost all of the homepage before it resizes back to normal. So there is this noticeable flicker every time the homepage is loaded.

I have tested on multiple browsers and all have the same issue. I have tried disabling plugins and playing around with the settings and I have had no luck fixing my problem.

Here is my website where you can see what’s happening:

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

Yes I see that, have you tried to change the image configuration or settings in WP Latest post? Maybe something with the theme, can you try with another one?

I don’t see any JS error.

    Cheers

I had tried numerous changes to the WP Latest Posts settings but nothing changed.

I tried out a number of different themes and most of them did not glitch in any way. I am using a child theme I created which has the glitch, the parent theme has the same glitch, and one other theme I tried has the glitch, but all the other themes worked fine. It appears that it is some sort of theme conflict. Unfortunately for me I’m locked down to the theme I’m using. ??
