Image resize not working

I have followed the instructions in https://www.imagely.com/docs/image-sizes-and-resolutions/ to resize an image in a gallery. However, the image size does not change. I have searched the forums but found no similar thread. I checked that I have the latest versions of my plugins, themes, and WordPress installed
