thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately at elementor they can not help me. See their answer after first level support already had no idea after trying different things (they had full access to my backend):

The problem isn’t related to Elementor if you turn off all plugins including Elementor and upload the image directly to the WordPress Media Library they will decrease in quality also.
The issue is that WordPress automatically decreases JPG files and images that are wider than 2560px.
What you can try is to convert the image to PNG or WebP for example or decrease the width of the image to less than 2560px and see if there is a difference.

I know those information and I can upload a png file with 35 MB to the wordpress library which is super sharp. Also a 2560px JPG is sharp enough – but after insert to my website via elementor those are not sharp anymore. I am still in communication with elementor service but they already said the second time that it is a wordpress problem.
Is there anyone with same problems? I only want to have sharp background images on my website :(.
