Image restriction on page

Hi guys,

my site is at fleetdive.com

The issue is this: I try to insert an image (eventually a call to action but for the moment just any image). It uploads as add new media and appears on the un-published page. When I publish it it doesn’t appear but the text below is displaced as if space has been made for it. I have tried many image formats but no luck. IF I select a picture that is already somewhere else on the site it works ok.

So I assume it is a permissions issue (.httaccess?)

Can anyone help please?
