image rotation 90 degrees doesn't work

    I have a problem with rotating images in wordpress. When I upload an image in the media library or to a post and I want to flip it 90 degrees it doesn’t do anything. When I press again to flip the image, so 2 times total, it is flipped 180 degrees.
    I hope you can help me with fixing this. I already tried two plugins: image rotation fixer and image rotation repair but they both didn’t help.
