Image Rotator – Twenty Eleven

  • Hi, I’m using a child theme of the twentyeleven theme. I’m looking for a image rotator that is pretty basically. I want it to cover 100% of the theme and just shuffle through a number of different images with random transitions.

    I’ve tried NextGen Gallery but it automatically re-sizes the image and only displays about 98% instead of 100%.

    I’m currently using NivoSlider but the problem I have is an image doesn’t appear as soon as you load the page. It takes however long you set your transition time to before it appears. So if I want an image to rotate every 5 seconds it will take 5 seconds before an image appears when you first load so the space looks empty.

    The other thing I want to do is only have it appear on the home page. Can someone point me to a good image rotator and explain how to make it appear on the home page.
