Image Search Across Full Gallery

Anyone have a good third party plugin that will allow for searching across all images within a Photo Gallery installation? Want users to be able to search the description and alt/title fields and return all related images.
This is a feature request for 10Web already, but am looking for a third party option in the meantime.
Coppermine has a pretty solid search function. See example in the “Link to the page you need help with” field. But I don’t think Coppermine has been updated for three years. It looks dated compared to Photo Gallery.
