Image set to top in image box is offset to the right

    I created a Home page using Elementor and have inserted a number of animated image boxes to act as links to category pages. In each case the image is set to appear at the top of the box. I’m pretty certain that when I first created them they looked fine.
    However, I carried on with the rest of the site and yesterday decided to review the site before sending it to the client for approval.
    Now, all of the images in the boxes are offset to the right rather than centred. I’ve fiddled with the settings in the image boxes – made no difference.
    I have tried disbaling plugins but to no avail.
    Does anybody have any ideas?
    P.S. I have noticed that if I change the alignment for the images to “right” instead of “top”, then the images move to overlap the bounding lines of the widget box.

  • I see the images displayed correctly. Are you still seeing the problem? Please send me the screenshot so I know what the problem is. Also, make sure you view it on a Chrome browser.

    Hi, thanks for looking at this. I have put an excessive ammount of right hand padding in, in order to push the image across. If you look closely, you will see the words have also moved to the left but this is less noticeable than having the picture at the right hand side. Would it help you diagnose things if I took the padding out again?
