Image Settings no displaying

I should have explained more completely. screenshot one is from the old/test site and screenshot 2 is from the new install and doesn’t even have an Image Settings tab available.

Thanks for the provided system info file and additional details.
Please note that upon checking the system information file we noticed that you do not have an image popup in your new site. All created popups are HTML, which do not have image settings (only an image popup has image settings). You may check it in your WP account section All Popups. May we kindly ask you to double check if you have transferred all popups from the old site to the new one?

I see what happened. When transferring the site, all popups got changed to HTML instead of image. Looks like you can’t change from html to image in the UI. I have to recreate them. Not great.
