Image showing on Social Media isn't from post

Hi,
I created a new post, however at first didn’t identify a featured image. So when I shared it to Facebook it shared one of my widgets instead as the featured image. I have since edited the page but FB is still showing the other image. Is there any way to change that? I added a featured image but it isn’t picking up the change.
