Image Size in Column

    I am trying to put in a slideshow on my front page in a block of two columns, 66/33, on the small side. I get a message that the image is too big, even though I am telling the slideshow to use a maximum image size of 250 px. I am inserting the shortcode in the column section.

    I am testing this on my staging site, which is not publicly visible. Any ideas? I am using the Astra theme.
