Image size in the section of an individual product

  • I have a problem with the single product′s section. When I′m in that section I can′t see the correct size of the photos. I mean, the main photo of the product it′s correct, their size it′s 600×600 px, but, the carrousel′s photos (the photos which are below the main product′s photo), those photos are smaller (200×300 px), and I don′t know how can I solve this problem because I tried with a lot of tutorials and I couldn′t.

    And in the Demo′s theme, the photos in that section are bigger.

    Could you help me?

    Hi there,
    images used in the gallery below the main product picture are using the “thumbnail” image size.
    You can review this dimensions via:
    Dashboard > Setting > Media
    and look for “Thumbnail size”.

    In the theme demo the setting is 150×150 with “crop thumbnail” enabled.

    When issues like your happens, generally may be solved also by rebuilding thunbnails.

    You can use the built-in tool from WooCommerce via:
    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate shop thumbnails

    Or using a simple plugin like this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/

    I understand perfectly.
    But the problem is that when I select the images that are below, then their size is thumbnail and does not change.

    hi there,
    can you please try disabling plugins and enabled them one by one to identify which one is involved in this issue?
