Image size issues in Litespeed Cache Plugin

    A PERFECT 100/100 Page speed score Thanks to Litespeed Cache plugin.

    But my website has one problem with the images, Google page speed is showing this issue > properly size images > https://prnt.sc/tPJ4SX6R3CuG

    What can be done in this case? I have already set proper settings for Image optimisation in Litespeed plugin.

    I use Cloudflare DNS too, is it causing any issues for images?

    Or should I just ignore this issue as my website is already seems to be doing fine!! (GREAT Actually). Is there any other plugin should be used for proper image sizing?
