    Hello,
I am trying to resize the thumbnail size and am running into trouble:
I set it to 200*200, they appear as 250*250. The original product images are 750*750.
    Even while checking and unchecking
“Enable Image Resizing & Cropping” and “Enable Image Upscaling”
there is no movement in size, they just get more blurry.

    What’s the trick?

    Thanks!

Frustrated with the lack of support.
Why would I buy the premium when nobody is home?

Tried the other, newer version and ran into the same problem.

    Hi,
We are very sorry for the delay. In our testing, we didn’t find any issue with the cropping. Can you share the link of the page where you put the shortcode?

    Hello,
    did you test with Divi?

I tried on two sites based on Divi with the same result, also with your newer plugin.

These are the settings I use https://www.screencast.com/t/7lljvn9D

Here the link to one of the sites: https://mysticalbazaar.com/slider/

    Thanks

    Hi,
Image size depends on available space. For an example, you set to display 4 items per slide and the container size is 1000 pixels. So, there is 250 pixels space available for each item. Now, if you even set cropping size 400*400 px, it will be cropped according to the cropping size but will display proportionately resized to 250 pixels. If you set to display 3 items from “Products to display on Desktop” which is under Slider Settings, it will display resized to 333px.

Cropping feature is useful specially for following situations:
    1. If the product images are not in the same size, this feature is helpful cropping them all to a same size which helps to keep the carousel items height same.
    2. If the product image is big and you don’t want to load a big image for a small thumbnail.

    So, in
