• Okay, this is really weird and it’s not a deal breaker, it’s just obnoxious.

When I insert an image using the “insert media” button, the media library loads properly, but under “Attachment Settings” > “Size” it only shows “Full Size”. The images are upwards of 1200 pixels and in the “Media Settings” the image sizes are less than that. I’ve seen this happen when images weren’t big enough, but I don’t get what’s up with this. I installed Simple Images Options plugin, but that had no effect.

I did see some threads from years ago saying people had this issue and it seems to be related to GoDaddy.

My current workaround is to insert the media at full size and then edit the image after it’s been inserted as a custom size.

    Thanks for any help!

Have you tested with all plugins disabled, and the theme set to TwentyFifteen?

    We have to ask :/
