Image size remain fixed on allignment

  • Hi, this is a recent problem…..i re-installed WordPress on my website from scratch….had a problem with a theme….now i realized that whenever i align a image left, right or center….it takes a fixed size and no matter how much i alter it via visual editor or html…i dosn’t change….but when i set it to allign full…then i can resize it as mch as i want and it won’t cause any problem…i tried the same theme on another subdomain of my website and it worked without any problem…no resizing problem exists there.
    So please if any one can ….help me with this odd problem…thank you
