Image size smaller than recommended size

The Google Webmaster tool has sent Valid with warnings message yesterday. The 12 pages are being affected so far.

When I tried to validate each page, everything was valid and eligible for rich results.

However, I could find “4 page resources couldn’t be loaded” and JavaScript console messages under page loading issues.
