Image size will NOT change???

  • Obviously I’m new to this.
    No matter what I do to edit the size of the image, it stays the size of the “block”.
    I want it to be larger and what I see when I’m editing the page and make it a specific size but when I preview and go to the page its a small block again.

    HELP!

    I added the link, but I’m not sure if it is showing correctly. Should have a white background with bright colors and a tractor on one side and cows on the other.
