Image size with “px” units

Hi and sorry for the late reply – due to the situation i was a little bit off
that is not the reason – if you want to show 400×300 – you need to set your wordpress site to support these size in the media settings

for example if you use the medium filter
https://www.sacarciudadaniaitaliana.com/?call_custom_simple_rss=1&csrp_thumbnail_size=medium

you will get this: (600×398)
https://www.sacarciudadaniaitaliana.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/conseguir-la-ciudadania-italiana-desde-argentina-600×398.jpg

if you use thumbnail
you will get this
https://www.sacarciudadaniaitaliana.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/conseguir-la-ciudadania-italiana-desde-argentina-600×400.jpg

please check your media settings

Hi! Thanks for replying on this.

In fact I already set the Media sizes as I need. But it still display as a tiny thumb. According to AC support team it is because the code (RSS URL) doesn’t include the unit “px” at the end of each number.

I.E.

RSS code is Heigh=”400″ Width=”650″
And it must be Heigh=”400 px” Width=”650 px”

Hope I made my self clear
