Image sizes in Woocommerce not working at all

I have tried re-setting the image sizes, have read all the documentation on image sizes, have used Regenerate Thumbnails, and nothing has any affect on my image sizes.
My settings are as follows:
Catalog images: 400×400
Single Product image: 800×800
Product Thumbnails: 500×500

When I use the “Inspect Element” settings, here are the actual sizes:
Catalog images: 151×151
Single Product image: 883×883 (I believe this is the zoom, however.) When I click to the image itself it is 479×479.
Product Thumbnails: 82×82

I have a quilt pattern store, so the catalog images are way too small. The thumbnail setting is so large at the moment because I was trying to get anything to work.

I am using a MyThemeShop theme called Emerald. It isn’t necessarily Woocommerce enabled.
