I have the free Ashe theme.
Every time I want to add pictures to my post I am completely lost on what to do, basically with sizing.
    I cannot find any documentation.
I take most of my pics on my phone (the image size in the details says 4160×3120. I know that is way too big, right?
I looked at wordpress documention for media settings and it does not provide sizing….any resource you could lead me to to figure this out.?
I saw somewhere Ashe suggested 1300×500 for post image – but that seems huge. Canva “blog post” template is 600×1200.
Help!!?? (I have pasted the wordpress info. below – It says to insert dimensions – what dimensions do I use??

    MEDIA SETTINGS #MEDIA SETTINGS
    IMAGE SIZES #IMAGE SIZES
The sizes listed below determine the maximum dimensions in pixels to use when inserting an image into the body of a post.
Thumbnail size – Enter the Width and Height Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional) – checkbox
Medium size – Enter the Max Width and Max Height
Large size – Enter the Max Width and Max Height
