    Hey Loic!

Under Display Options, you want to be sure “Show Feed Images” is checked.

Under Event Options, make sure you do not have “Only Show Events in my Feed” checked.

In my experience, this issue is primarily associated with the Facebook App that was created — in testing, I am able to successfully swap out keys and the images will load, in most reports. Can you make sure that your App is Live, that the domain matches the website you are using it on (if set), and that you don’t have Sandbox or Development mode enabled (all Facebook Developer settings, not inside our plugin.)

I can always log into your site and try swapping keys, to confirm that is the issue.

    Best,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

    Thank you for your answer.

Under Display Options, I don’t have a “Show Feed Images”, but I have a “Hide Feed Images” (which is unchecked)

Under Event Options, I do not have “Only Show Events in my Feed” checked.

But you’re right, the problem become probably from the Facebook App. I’m not familiar with Facebook App and I followed the step linked to the plugin Basic Configuration page but I probably missed the part regarding putting live the app ??

Now the App is live, but should I have to submit Items for Approval?

I don’t know what I have to put in the field :
    Namespace
    App Domains

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Richard,

Maybe you can check that all options in the plugin are well set (so that we can exclude a problem from that) :
    Display Options
    Style Options
    Shortcode Generator

    Thanks for your help.

    Lo?c
