Image stored in database does not display on screen

Hi,
I use your great plugin to keep track of users demands though a form that gathers text and photo information.

A very basic shortcode linking to one single image field :
[cfdb-html form=”Demande d’appareil” filelinks=”link”]${dest-photo1}
[/cfdb-html]

Depending on the value I set for filelinks I get the expected result with one difference : I never get to see the images. Instead of the image I get a “fichier manquant” (missing file) error.

The links generated are of the form : https://e-nable.fr/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=cfdb-file&s=1455314512.8571&form=Demande+d%27appareil&field=dest-photo1

Any clue is very welcome, I am really stuck with this.
