Hi support, I use MMM on my website and everything works fine including widgets in the submenu. In particular I cannot in any way insert the images in the submenu. I tried different widgets and nobody works even through direct access from the wordpress media library, when I save the configuration of the tabs in the column panel, immediately after it disappears. I have read that with Divi there are several problems, but if I could solve this problem I would be interested in buying the pro version. Thank you.

    Hi montemjonni,

Please could you post a quick screencast that shows this issue? I do not understand why normal widgets would work, but image widgets do not (unless I misunderstand). There is some free software called ‘Jing’ that will let you make a screencast, then you can upload it and share the link here.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi montemjonni,

That doesn’t seem to have worked. Can you try again please? Make sure you share the publicly viewable link.

    Hi montemjonni,

    That works – thanks.

Is there a reason you left a long pause before reopening the settings? (I am wondering, does it work for a while, then break after a few seconds?)

Can you try switching the sub menu display mode to “Mega Menu – Grid Layout”?

    Regards,
    Tom

ok thanks, the reason is that, before the video, I ran the cache clean, but all the site components work perfectly but they don t save the settings.

    Hi montemjonni,

“all the site components work perfectly but they don t save the settings” – do you mean none of the site settings save properly, or just widgets within max mega menu?

Did you try switching the sub menu layout to “Mega Menu – Grid Layout”?

    Regards,
    Tom

Hi Tom, i have tried with Grid Layout and it work perfect, now i can save widget in to submenu. I have another question, it’s possible set the menu bar at fixed width with orizzontally scroll when you narrow the page? Thank you for your support.
