Image/Thumbnail is not working

    Hello,

    The Video Source option for “Image” is not working. The plugin has stopped saving images as thumbnails. I tried cleaning my cache, but that did not help resolve the glitch. Please provide assistance for this glitch.

    Probably a conflict. Kindly submit a ticket here https://plugins360.com/support/ with this post URL and your site link. So, we can get a clue on the issue and guide you accordingly.

    I’ve had the same happen. My workaround was:
    1. edit the video record in the All-In-One Gallery
    2. Cut the image URL.
    3. Save the record.
    4. Paste the Image URL.
    5. Save the record.

    I assume this would also work if the image was in the Media Library (Save it without an image, then save it again with an image).
