the ‘problem’ could be a theme feature, but without absolute free access to all theme files, this forum here cannot help much.

Thank you for the response. I was working with the theme developers but have come at a standstill. I have fixed the issue and other issues as well, except for my product pages are acting wonky with everything jammed close together. Any thoughts on what it could possible be?
