Image title uploads as question marks (????)

  • Hello everyone,

    I encounter a weird bug in the past 2 days (it didnt happen before with any of the previous WordPress versions). Here is the problem, when i upload an image(s) the image file name shows up, but if the image has a title it will show up as question marks. Why is this happening? how can I fix it?

    As you can see in the image, one of the uploaded images has question marks. That image is one of the many images, i uploaded, that has a title.

    No plugins are activated, default theme is being us.
