Image titles not saving!

Whenever I update an image title in the gallery and hit save, it wipes out all the titles previously saved for the images. This is a major pain in the butt, as when I update titles or caption info, I need to redo all images at the same time, not just one or two. HELP PLEASE! Running latest version of WP and Plugin.
