image too big for mobile viewing

    I am using the latest trial version.

    I have created an image that wouldn’t resize when i view on a mobile. The image much bigger than the screen and it is impossible to zoom out.

    I have tried making the image lower res (iphone 5 pixel size) and then reuploading but it still has the same problem. If I resize it any smaller I won’t be able to read the smaller font.

    I need the image/map to be viewable (on a phone) as a full image and zoomed into about a third of the image to see detail. Is this possible?
