Image Upload

    CKEditor for WordPress is great. I just build my first WP site and used TinyMCE to start with. Some issues with bbpress/buddypress forced me to switch and I am glad I did.

    I found that a standard user can upload images, but as soon as he posts his comment, the image tags are stripped by I guess WordPress.

    I think a standard user should only see his private folder with CKFinder, Admin should see all. Since CKEditor uses his own folder structure below wp-content/uploads, you can’t access the images within admin panel “Mediathek”
