Image upload

Hi,
I’m not sure if this is an image upload issue in general or not but I’m having some issues uploading images in different locations.
When I update my profile picture in the settings menu of an instructor itll appear as nothing has happened until I leave the settings page then it’s clear the new uploaded image did work however if I return to settings it’s stored the old image there again. This is only for this page though it hasn’t actually it’s just visually on that page. If I logout and back in everything is working as it should.
Uploading a profile image from a mobile device doesn’t work at all, the “upload image” doesn’t absolutely nothing.

The same for create a source section I cannot upload an image from a mobile device.

I am using the Skillate theme if that matters.
