Image Upload error: File is empty. Please upload something

Hai, I’m using Listable Theme from Pixelgrade, it utilize WP Job Manager from Woothemes to create listings website.
It seems that when creating a listing, on the uploading an image, the error:
Image Upload error: File is empty. Please upload something
appears.
Mostly with a non admin account. With the same account the error could appear persistently on one computer or client side, but not the other.
But when I deactivated WP User Avatar, the error message is gone.
What could be the problem? I’ve read on other similar plugin, that this kind of error appears to.
