image upload error for frontend add listing

Hello Dear,
When submit listing from frontend, this show default image instead showing the image that uploaded at in upload image section after publishing.

When I edit that listing to upload image again this show “there is a critical issue in the site, see the inbox for more information” in the image section.

But this working well for admin when upload image from backend add listing page.
