Image upload error in IE

    Guestbook functions well in all browsers, except in Internet Explorer 11 I get an error when I try to upload an image in the guestbook.

    I click on Browse button to select the image and then I get a popup window which says: Sorry you can only upload images.

    the images I select are JPG and only 28 kb.

    What can I do to make this function in IE?
