Image Upload fails after Sucuri Install

    Hey there,

    I installed and activated Sucuri this morning and applied 1 click hardening to protect uploads directory, wp-content access and wp-includes access.

    Since then, I cannot upload any new images.

    Media file seems to be added, but the thumbnail in media library does not show any image but the default thumbnail indicating the image is missing. In the uploads directory, in fact no respective image is uploaded.

    I followed instructions of the hardening page, but deleting any htaccess within wp-content does not solve problem. Even deactivating and deinstalling does not solve the problem.

    Please help, we’re stuck. Thanks.

    Solved it by updating php-version. Now it works again. Seems the problem was not connected to Sucuri. Sry for the mess.
