image upload issue

I am getting the following message when I try to upload images: Unable to create directory /home/teamblow/public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

As best I can tell everything else has been working correctly, and I’m able to post, but this appears to be a permission issue? Or is there something wrong in the upload path?
