Image Upload Issue

    Hello,

    I am writing regarding an ongoing issue.
    When having user attempt to upload images via the submission form,often, but not always, after pressing the submit button, the loading circle goes but seems to time out and not move on to the next page, which is the preview edit page. I have attempted to increase the timeout limit but it seems as though I cannot figure out what the issue is. Regardless though, the listing is actually submitted to the back end, just without the images.
    I would greatly appreciate ideas on how to ensure that there is not timeout or some other issue where the images are not allowing for the submission to operate normally and move on to the next step.

    Would you mind sharing the URL, we need to check if there is any visible error on the page. You can also use the “Health Check Plugin” which aids you in the conflict test without impacting any site visitors. Leave only the “Directorist” activated and check if the issue persists.
