    I haven’t encountered this so it’s likely a conflict with some other JS on the link page. You can try to enable the legacy uploader in the settings menu.

    Can you sling me an admin user so I can jump in and have a look? You know my email…

    Tried legacy, same result.

    Just added you as an Admin and sent email with details from WP.

    If anyone stumbles on this thread it turned out to be cached javascript files from an older version of the plugin. The fix is to clear your cache ??
