image upload problem

    i have to use wp 2.0 due to server limitations. please don’t tell me to upgrade cuz i can’t

    also, have searched the forum archives already but can’t find a workable answer, so please don’t tell me to search the archives.

    now, i can’t upload images.

    yes, the directories – wp-content and uploads – are writable.

    your help is appreciated.
