    Hello everyone, I have a problem when I add a review and upload an image (1/2 or 3 is the same), the image does not load and is not taken into account? Thanks for your help !

    It looks like you have installed reCAPTCHA on your site. Can you please disable it and try to upload a picture again?

    I deactivated all the recapcha scipts of my pages but the result is always the same, impossible to upload an image

    I re-checked the URL you shared previously but still see multiple instances of recaptcha scripts there: https://ibb.co/GPC55R9

    You can check it yourself by opening the page in Google Chrome and then choosing ‘View Page Source’ option.

    Can you please tell me which plugin you are using for recaptcha? We will try to install it on our test site to reproduce the issue.

    Hello,
    thanks a lot for your answer.
    I use the DIVI theme in WordPress and on some pages I have a newsletter registration form. It is a protection which is integrated in DIVI and in this form which manages the recaptcha.
    I have the impression that the script goes all the way once it is installed.
    (I don’t have a form on the URL I gave you).

    Have you tested internally with a form and a recaptcha? Am I the only one having this problem with DIVI?

    I’m not sure about DIVI. Is it a free theme? Can we download it here: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/? We would need a copy of it to install on our test site and investigate the recaptcha problem.

    divi is not free. I am surprised to be the only one to have this problem under divi with recaptcha?

    Probably, DIVI is not so popular since they don’t have a free version.

    Anyway, can you please update the plugin to the version 4.20 and check if your problem is resolved? Unfortunately, we cannot test it ourselves since DIVI is not open source and not available from the official WordPress website.

    You will need to clear ALL cache in plugins / browser / etc after installing the update.
