Image Uploader and selector for url

Hi,
First time I’ve tested your plugin it was in a old wordpress of version.
It was not possible to upload an image with a button or select a url from a menu but I was sure it was because my wp was an old version.
Now I have updated wordpress but it seems the plugin doesn’t have any media uploader or a selector for url. Am i right or something is wrong with my installation?
