Image uploading Flash 10 not working…

Ok so i have read about that the image uploading is not working with flashplayer 10………….
– So are there any solutions to this problem? Because i want to keep flash player 10… since i’m working every day in flash…! Any plugins maybe?
– Where should i get flash player 9? Because i can’t find it on the adobe website..
