    Sorry, I missed that somehow.

    Does this mean the plugin does rewrite URLs for newly uploaded images? Or is it using some other kind of redirection (like .htaccess?).

    Hi Sacha, it does rewrite URLs for files uploaded after the plugin is activated.

    It would be nice to have an option for the plugin to rewrite all uploads, or just ones added since the plugin’s activation. I’ve gone back and uploaded all my wp-content/uploads files to S3 exactly as they are on my web server, so allowing this plugin to rewrite those as well would be very helpful.

    W3TC was killing performance of my blog admin pages so I dumped it. I still wanted a good CDN plugin and this fits the bill and works nicely.

    I’m wondering if this issue (thread OP question) is what is making all my thumbnails disappear in my media library? the posts are still working fine, but all image links in media library for things uploaded prior to installing this plugin are broken.

    i know enough about WP to run admin my own blog and create new posts but I am not a web expert so I don’t know the intricacies of URL rewriting, etc. I still plan on keeping this plugin activated since with it appears to work well and fast with Amazon CDN, I just thought I’d ask. I can live with no thumbnails for a while if that’s how it’s going to be.
