A fast way is to use plugin like – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/better-search-replace/
to replace the old URLs to new ones.

it crashed a few years ago and Ive never had it back since.But I’m trying to get it back so I can start using it again but not sure how

I would suggest you contact your hosting and check if your old blog is still there. If yes, then you can edit the ‘blog’ link to point to your old blog. If not, then you will need to remove the blog” link in your website.
